New reporting lines for Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action

The Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action office will report to the Provost Office effective Oct. 1.
The EO/AA office, which consists of Dr. John Burnett and his staff, will no longer report to the vice president of human resources or be considered part of the HR department. This change is consistent with the administration's desire to keep the EO/AA office independent and follows best practices as exhibited at other universities.
