Clicking the "Emergency Contacts" link after viewing your Personal Information will display the following page. Here you can modify the listed individuals whom the university will contact in the event of an emergency. Click [Add an Emergency Contact] to add a new individual to the list. You can also click [Edit] or [Delete] to modify existing contacts.
The following page will display if you're adding a new contact. If your contact's address or phone number matches yours, you can click the appropriate checkboxes to auto-populate the fields. Fill all necessary fields, then click [Save].
