Viewing Your Residency Status
To view your residency status, click on the Student Center Dashboard, which will direct you to your Student Center.
Once there, under Personal Information you will see a "Demographic Data" link. Click on the link to view your residency status.
Every change of residency is documented here. To see the most recent residency status look for the most recent effective term.
*If you are a new applicant and have not provided us with proof of residency, you will automatically be classified as out of state until Admissions and Records receives the necessary documentation based on your situation. If you are currently out of state, would like to be an in-state resident and have been attending the University of Nevada, Reno, please visit Becoming a Nevada Resident for information on becoming a Nevada resident and obtaining the correct form.
