Requesting Your Unofficial Transcript

Admissions and Records is in the process of validating all transcripts to ensure they are correct in MyNEVADA after the conversion from ePAWS. There is a high volume of transcripts to validate and the process is moving as quickly as possible. If you believe there is an error on your unofficial transcript, please be patient as it will be corrected accordingly. All official transcripts will be validated before being processed and sent.

You can now request and print a copy of your unofficial UNR transcript in MyNEVADA. Login and click On Student Center Dashboard to be directed to your Student Center.

Under Academics, there is a drop-down menu labeled "Other Academic..." Click on the drop-down and select Transcript: View Unofficial. Click the circle with the double arrows to proceed.

On the View Unofficial Transcript page, you will see an option called Report Type. Click on the drop-down next to it and choose Unofficial Transcript. After the option is selected click [View Report].

A list of previous requests will appear on the Previous Reports page. Here you will be able to see that dates you recently requested an unofficial transcript. You want to select the most recent date (typically today's date) to get your most up-to-date academic record. Click on [View Report] and your unofficial transcript will open in PDF form.
