If you have forgotten your MyNEVADA password, you can reset it by following these steps.
Navigate to MyNEVADA.
Click on [Forgot My NSHE-ID Password].
Enter your Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) ID.
Fill out the required information in order to retrieve your account.
Select a security question and input the appropriate response.
A new, random password will be generated for you and emailed to the email address that is on file on MyNEVADA.
After you receive the email with a temporary password you may use it to log into MyNEVADA.
Log in to my MyNEVADA using your NSHE ID and the temporary password that was emailed to you.
Once you have logged in, you need to reset your password. Click on [Account] at the top right hand corner of the page.
In Your Account Profile, under Password Information, click on [Change Password].
For "Current Password," enter the temporary password that was emailed to you. Enter your desired password and confirm it in the next two boxes.
You will now be able to log in using your new password.
