Invitation to Participate

The ADTI-MMS invites participation, either as members or resources. Members are willing and able to commit considerable time and effort to ADTI-MMS activities while resources are interested in remaining abreast of ADTI-MMS activities and reviewing draft documents. The specific duties of each are:

Members

  • Are active members of an ADTI-MMS technical or administrative committee
  • Are responsible for timely review, comment and consensus ballot return for ADTI-MMS draft documents
  • Can be elected to serve on ADTI-MMS Steering Committee or ADTI Operations Committee
  • Can be authorized by the Steering Committee to represent the ADTI-MMS
  • Have voting privileges and responsibilities
  • Are eligible for funding to attend meetings

Resources

  • Must contact committee chairs to be included on draft document distribution lists
  • May review and comment on draft documents and comments must be considered
  • Can participate in ADTI-MMS workshops and other activities
  • Cannot vote on ADTI-MMS matters
