Savitt Medical Library Joan Zenan MLS. - Library Director University of Nevada School of Medicine Savitt Medical Building Reno, NV 89557 (775) 784-4625 The Savitt Medical Library, founded in 1978, is the primary resource library for the School of Medicine. The focus of the library and staff is to support the School's teaching, research and outreach efforts. The library is also the Resource Library for health-related information for the entire state of Nevada as designated by the National Library of Medicine in its National Network of Libraries of Medicine. The library provides information and education services, circulation of materials, document delivery, including interlibrary loan and photocopying, two computer labs restricted to School of Medicine students, faculty and staff, an electronic reference center, and outreach services to Nevada's health professionals. All of the libraries print materials are listed in WolfPAC, the campus online catalog. Services are provided in person, or via telephone, e-mail or fax.
