Services

The Mathematics Center provides a number of services available to students.

• Free, drop-in tutoring (no appointment necessary) for any UNR students seeking assistance with mathematical concepts. 
  
  

  Tutors are available for one-on-one support and are familiar with MyMathLab, the online homework software used in the majority of the math/stat courses.  Therefore they can assist with software related issues in addition to helping students with mathematical concepts.  
  
  
• A 30 station computer lab with up-to-date mathematics and statistics software.  

• Graphing calculators available for rent on a semester basis (print fee form)

• Placement testing using ACCUPLACER.
