The project will take place over a 12-month period, with completion of the final report identified for late October/early November, in order to have the plan submitted for Board of Regents approval in December 2004.

The schedule identifies six work sessions. All will be held over a two-day period, except the last, work session #6, to be completed in one day.

The work sessions build upon feedback, comment, and direction gained during the prior sessions.

The purpose of each work session is:

WS#1 - Identify master plan goals, issues, concepts
WS#2 - Review analysis and preliminary concepts
WS#3 - Review 1st Round of master plan alternatives
WS#4 - Review 2nd Round of master plan alternatives - Select preferred alternative
WS#5 - Review of preferred alternative
WS#6 - Review of administrative draft/draft report
