Camp Guidelines

All campers are required to adhere to camp rules and expected to participate in all camp activities. Failure to follow rules and meet participation expectations may result in dismissal from camp without a refund of camp fees. If an incident occurs that warrants the student’s dismissal from camp, parents are required to provide transportation home in a timely manner. Please note: Lake Tahoe Music Camp DOES NOT provide wind or brass instruments.

Medical Considerations

Camp staff have received first-aid training. However, there are no professionally trained medical personnel at camp. In the event of an emergency, campers will be taken to the nearest urgent care facility or hospital emergency room. Prior to camp, parents or guardians are required to complete the Identification and Emergency Information Form. At registration, campers and parents/guardians must meet with the assistant camp director to review this form and to discuss any medications and/or health conditions that may affect the camper’s experience.
