Improvements
to the Course:
Kathryn
is going to learn Web page building skills and then teach
them to her students. She wants her students to develop a
lesson or unit that includes an on-line component with objectives,
tasks, assessment and links to primary sources. While her
students already develop lessons with these components, she
wants them to take it a step further by posting these lessons
on-line. She also wants to explore possibilities in threaded
on-line discussions for the purpose of asynchronous class
discussion outside of class time. Additionally, Kathryn wants
to improve her PowerPoint skills. While she is already proficient
in using PowerPoint as a presentation tool, she wants to
learn other uses for PowerPoint.
