Meagan Gilson is an account executive in the Reno office of MassMedia, a regional public relations and advertising firm. Gilson earned a dual degree in journalism and political science from the University of Nevada, Reno.

She is an active member of the Northern Nevada Association of Young Professionals, the Young Alumni Association and the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada.

She has also been involved in numerous community service efforts with such organizations as the Ronald McDonald House, Nevada Museum of Art, Washoe County School District, the Great Reno Balloon Races, Walk for the Cure, United Blood Services, Court Appointed Special Advocates and Committee to Aid Abused Women.
