Clearing the Cache: Chrome
Please note: Chrome is not a supported browser for many University resources, such as WebCampus or MyNEVADA. If you are having issues accessing any of these resources using Chrome, please try an alternative browser.
- Click on the Menu icon in the top-right, then Tools, and then click on Clear browsing data... Alternatively, you can press Ctrl (Mac: Command), Shift, and Delete at the same time on your keyboard to bring up the same dialog.
- From the Clear browsing data screen, change the "obliteration" time to the beginning of time. Ensure that Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data and Empty the cache are selected. You may also want to select Clear browsing history.
- Click on Clear browsing data.
- Restart Chrome and go to the website you were having issues with to check that this has fixed the problem.
