For security reasons, the RACF ID password will expire every 60 days. Most systems will automatically inform you when you need to change your password, and give you the option to do so. However, in some situations, you may need a technician to reset your password manually in order to continue accessing the RACF resources.
To have your RACF password reset, you must call IT Support at (775) 682-5000 (option 3 - even if you are from the School of Medicine). Please have your Employee ID number with you, as the technician will use that to verify your identity. The technician will reset your password to a temporary password, so that when you next log in with your RACF ID, you will be prompted to change your password to something secure that only you know.
