ownCloud Logo ownCloud is no longer the preferred cloud storage system in use at the University. Every employee is entitled to 50GB of storage on NevadaBox, and students can use unlimited storage on Google Drive.

To migrate your data from ownCloud to another cloud storage solution, follow these steps:

  1. Download all of your files from ownCloud to your local computer
  2. Create your account on NevadaBox (employees) or Google Drive (students).
  3. Upload your files from your local computer to your new cloud storage area.

The lifespan of ownCloud is now limited. We recommend moving over to another storage system as soon as possible.
