The IT Project Request Form is the first step in initiating the planning process for IT related projects. The range of services include planning, design, implementation and the eventual ongoing support and maintenance of any equipment and/or facilities. Early and proper planning of IT projects has proven to save the University time, money and other resources.

IMPORTANT!
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE OR SERVICES PRIOR TO REVIEW BY THE IT DEPARTMENT.

A project request may be submitted by anyone who needs resources from IT. Forms should provide enough information to get a good understanding of what the project is and why it’s required. Depending on the project, additional detailed information may be requested.

Once a Project Request Form has been submitted, it will be sent to the Director of IT for review. The submitter will be notified of the outcome.

To submit a request, open the Project Request form and log in using your NetID and password.
