Lync: Contact Card
The Lync Contact Card allows you to view the contact details of an individual. The details of the contact card detail a user's location, contact numbers and addresses, availability and job title. This can be useful to ensure that you are contacting the correct person, as well as providing alternative contact information and the ability to schedule a meeting.
To access an individual's Contact Card, follow these instructions:
- Locate an individual in your Contact List or search results.
- Right-click on their name, and select See Contact Card from the menu that appears.
- Their Contact Card is displayed.
