Public folders allow for a group of people to access one inbox for a department e-mail address. They also allow for a user to send an e-mail from the public folder's address.
Public folders can only be accessed via Microsoft e-mail clients.
If permitted, you may send from the e-mail address that populates your public folder.
If you have any issues sending from your Public Folder's address, please contact IT Support to confirm that you have the correct permissions.
