If your meeting includes participants at remote sites who need to see one another or use visual aids, the University has video-conference rooms available on campus.
The originating location sets up a conference call to remote sites. There is no charge for this service for legitimate University purposes.
About 200 statewide locations are included in the System Computing Services (SCS) video-conferencing bridge.
The locations include other Nevada universities and colleges (e.g. Great Basin College, Truckee Meadows Community College, UNLV) as well as K-12 high schools and elementary schools. In addition, connections can usually be made to other video conference facilities in Nevada and throughout the world.
To set up a video conference in one of these University locations, contact the scheduling coordinator to confirm availability.
