The University of Nevada, Reno, has a dedicated team of programmers and application specialists within the IT department that can develop and support programs for your academic and administrative needs. The Applications Support department is constantly working to design and improve their systems which include, but are not limited to:
- Blackboard Transaction System
- Ad Astra
- The Campus Directory
- Payroll, Attendance, Time (PAT)

Applications IT Does Not Support
The IT department aims to provide at least minimal support for most applications in use on campus. However, for financial, logistical, or security reasons, there are some applications for which IT does not offer any support. If you experience issues with any of these applications, please do not contact IT Support.
Many of these unsupported applications are web-based. Therefore, you may want to review our Internet Browser Troubleshooting steps before reporting an issue to the application's support representative.
