SeWeR

SeWeR serves you a single door to all the common web-based services for sequence analysis. It sews all these services into an integrated portal to common web-based services in bioinformatics.

Sequence Manipulation Suite

The Sequence Manipulation Suite is a collection of JavaScript programs for generating, formatting, and analyzing short DNA and protein sequences. It is commonly used by molecular biologists, for teaching, and for program and algorithm testing. It includes programs for format conversion, Sequence Analysis, Sequence Figures, randomizing sequences, and other miscellaneous functions.

EMBOSS

EMBOSS is "The European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite". EMBOSS is a free Open Source software analysis package specially developed for the needs of the molecular biology user community. The software automatically copes with data in a variety of formats and even allows transparent retrieval of sequence data from the web. EMBOSS also integrates a range of currently available packages and tools for sequence analysis into a seamless whole.
