On Campus Housing

There are nine different dormitories on campus offering a variety of living styles and meal plans. Remember, the dormitories are generally quite full and early reservations are very important. Currently, there is no homestay program at the university. Off-campus housing is available near the campus, however these arrangements must be made by the student. Our office is happy to assist you with this process if needed.

Off-campus Housing

There is a wide variety of housing available in Reno for both married and single students: on-campus housing is arranged through the UNR Residential Life, Housing and Food Service. Also your acceptance packet will include a list of apartments, all within walking distance of classes and on the University bus routes.
