Admissions Coordinator
My job is to process all of the international
applications that come through our office and to work
with the computerized government tracking system SEVIS.
I began my career here at the University of Nevada, Reno
working in the Office of Admissions and Records, after
which I came to work for the Intensive English Language
Center. I graduated from Western Nevada College in
December 2007 with an Associate of Arts, and now I am
working on my Bachelor's degree here at the University
of Nevada, Reno. I hope to major in Psychology while
earning my minor in English.
I also love to travel, and I spend much of my free time traveling
around Nevada exploring the state's rich history. In addition, I
have traveled to England and Mexico, and I very much hope to visit
more countries some day. In the meantime, I am able to meet people
from all over the world by working here at the Intensive English
Language Center.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or problems you
are having with the application process. I love to hear from
prospective students, parents, and agents. One of the best aspects
of my job is finally getting to meet all of the new students I have
been working with on Orientation Day. It is always such a joy to
hear that after much hard work, a student has received a visa and
will be coming to the United States.
I hope to meet you in Reno one day!
