Designed for students who have met the University of Nevada, Reno's Requirement, and have been admitted to study in a degree program at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Study English and Live the Language
For over 20 years the Intensive English Language Center (IELC) has been teaching students the English language skills needed to enroll in United States colleges and universities, as well as providing instruction to students wishing to improve their general English ability for professional or personal reasons. The center has three main goals:
- Teaching the language and study skills necessary for successful university level study
- Introducing American culture and university life
- Helping with the transition from ESL to academic studies
Program Dates and Fees
The Intensive English Language Center offers 5, 8, 10 and 16 week programs throughout the year.
Convenient Location
Reno is a small lively city located four hours from San Francisco and eight hours from Los Angeles. The University of Nevada, Reno is a top 100 public university with a student population of 18,000.
