This free, dynamic, hands on series is designed for any UNR employee with training responsibilities. Some of the key benefits of participating in this series include improving your ability to:

• Analyze performance and assess training needs.
• Design effective training using proven adult learning principles.
• Demonstrate effective presentation skills in a 10 minute demonstration training.
