  1. Contact HR
  2. Meet with HR
  3. HR drafts PDQ
  4. Review and finalize PDQ
  5. Placed on agenda and routed for signatures
  6. Reviewed by Placement Committee
  7. Recommendations made to Provost
  8. Provost signs and HR sends action memo
    along with final processed PDQ to unit

Position Description Questionnaires, or PDQs, describe all of the various Administrative Faculty positions on the University of Nevada, Reno campus. PDQs detail position job functions, responsibilities, autonomy, and the minimum qualifications and education necessary for the position.
