Sierra Hall

  • Free internet
  • Good location for students who want a more privacy
  • Large Double or single rooms with bathrooms and a majority also have walk-in closets
  • Designated location for winter break housing - Academic Year Sierra residence hall students can come and go over the winter break period at no additional cost.
  • Breakfast service in the lounge during the academic year
  • 24hr information and security desk
  • Lounges, hi-tech Conference room, Game Room, and Laundry room
  • Convenient on campus parking location (yellow permit 2 required)

Canada Hall

  • Free internet
  • Good location for students who want more social interactions
  • 6 person apartments with living rooms, kitchens, and two bathrooms
  • 24hr information and security desk
  • Large social lounge
  • Laundry room
  • Convenient on campus parking location (yellow permit 1 required)
To qualify to live in one of these communities as a transfer student you must:
  • Have graduated high school at least 1 full academic year prior and completed college credits OR
  • Be 20 years of age or older OR
  • Have lived in a College/University Housing Residence Hall for 1 year
