White Pine Hall was built in the mid 60's and is our substance-free facility meaning all students at the facility have signed a contract stating they will not or do not use any tobacco or alcoholic substances. It is 4 stories tall and capable of housing 156 residents.
The suite consists of 4 rooms with a common area and two separate private bathrooms each with showers.
White Pine Hall are apartment-style rooms without the hassle of a kitchen. Each suite has a common area that is separated from the other rooms and comes with a couch and TV stand.
The rooms in White Pine Hall are all double capacity and include furniture for each student including bunkable beds, a wardrobe, desk space, and a bookcase.

On the first floor are vend-a-card operated laundry facilities that include multiple washers and dryers. It is open 24 hours a day to all White Pine Hall residents and every semester Nevada Housing hosts a free laundry weekend.
White Pine also features a main lounge where students often go to study, but that is not its only use. It also includes a TV for watching your favorite sporting event, a piano if you feel like practicing while you're away from home, and is often used to host programs. In this photo students enjoy a time away from studying at an Ice Cream Social.
White Pine and Lincoln Halls often have shared programs that involve Students from both halls. This photo shows you one of our popular Luaus with many attendees
