Nye Hall is a traditional style residence with community bathrooms in every wing of the building. It is 8 stories high and houses 544 students. It is our largest social atmosphere making it one of our most popular residence halls.

Rooms in Nye Hall are same-sex by room with separate male/female bathrooms. If the students decide not to bunk their beds, the bed can go high enough to conceal the dresser underneath.

Furniture in the room includes  2 bookcases, 2 desks, 2 dressers, 2 wardrobes,

and 2 bunkable 80 inch beds.

Each floor features a lounge with cable TV that is available to students who wish to get a group of friends together to watch their favorite sporting events or TV show.

On the first floor of Nye Hall is a vend-a-card operated laundry facility that includes multiple washers and dryers. It is open 24 hours a day to all Nye Hall residents and every semester Nevada Housing hosts a free laundry weekend.

Nye contains lounges that are in between each wing on every floor, which students use for studying, socializing, and hall activities.

The most popular thing about Nye Hall is its community. On the left is one of the many social programs that Nye Hall hosts for it's residents.

A program Nye Hall hosted called "80's Bowling Night." This program brought together a group of residents to dress up and have a great time out at the lanes.
