The Nevada Living Learning Community was opened for the Fall of 2012. It is 5 stories tall and houses up to 320 students.
Rooms in the Nevada Living Learning Community are double occupancy, with a few single rooms available. Furniture in each room includes a desk, dresser, a closet, and a bunkable 80 inch bed for each student.
Each floor has a television lounge for social activities, as well as libraries and living rooms for studying. Academic Mentors for the Living Learning Communities also use these rooms for tutoring hours and academic programming.
The Nevada Living Learning Community also features four classrooms on the first floor.
