At Nevada Dining, we do our best to accommodate students with special dietary needs. This includes those who must avoid gluten due to Celiac Disease. The Vegetarian and Vegan Options Dining Guide provides information on how to identify vegetarian and vegan choices. It includes vegetarian nutrition information and tips on how to use food cards to identify selections at each food station throughout the dining area.
