The Agenda Item Request form must be filled out completely and submitted at least one week prior to the Council Meeting at which the item will be considered. If you are requesting funding from GSA, you must also fill out and submit a CLUB FUNDING REQUEST form to the GSA office.

Council meetings are held every other Tuesday. For the date of the next meeting, check the GSA Council page.

Details of Request:
