Mission Statement
The Greek Life office serves the needs of the student members of the social sororities and fraternities, providing advisement and support to the governing councils, executive boards, and presidents of every recognized greek chapter to promote student responsibility for shared governance of the University.
Greek Life provides opportunities for students to incorporate the values of integrity, character, high standards, human and cultural diversity, civility and graciousness in our actions with one another, and the importance of a sense of humor with one's quest for personal development and organizational success.
Recruitment Information
WIth 18 fraternities and sororities to affiliate with, recruitment is a busy time of the academic year when students may affiliate with one of these organizations. Some of these organizations participate in a formal recruitment process during the first few weeks of school, while others are more informal in their process, which occurs year round.
