Formal Sorority Recruitment for Fall 2009
Formal Recruitment is the Greek community’s yearly process that allows prospective brothers and sisters to see what we are all about. Sorority recruitment is roughly a week-long period that is governed by the University of Nevada’s National Panhellenic Council. During this time you will attend a series of events where you will learn about each sorority and what they represent. They will educate you on their chapters philanthropic ideals, academic standards and sisterly bond. In this process you will be able to meet all of the participating Panhellenic chapters which include Delta Delta Delta, Pi Beta Phi, Kappa Alpha Theta, Delta Gamma, and Sigma Kappa.
For these events, it is highly advised that you arrange to take off work so you can attend as many events as possible. Recruitment will run from September 1, 2009 – September 7, 2009 and will begin roughly around 4 p.m.
To participate in formal recruitment, please follow the steps noted below.
