Hydrology

Students with interest in hydrologic sciences, geophysics, engineering, computer science, and physics take courses in Earthquakes, Volcanoes and Natural Disasters, Earth Surface Process and Deposits, Hydrologic Fluid Dynamics and Physics for Scientists and Engineers.

Related Degrees and Programs

  • Hydrology, Master of Science Degree: The program provides training to scientists and engineers in the broad areas of ground water, watershed sciences, water quality and water treatment, restoration methodologies and water resource evaluation.
  • Hydrology, Doctor of Philosophy Degree: The Graduate Program of Hydrologic Sciences offers two degree tracks, hydrology and hydrogeology. The hydrology track focuses on surface water processes, watershed science and ecohydrology.
