Choose TWO of the following seminar courses:
700 Level Seminars (physical) - 3 credits
700 Level Seminars (cultural) - 3 credits
700 Level Seminars (human/enviroment interactions) - 3 credits
Methods courses - 6 credits
Electives - 3 credits
GEOG 690 – Colloquium - 2 credits
GEOG 795R – Comprehensive Examination (S/U) - 1 credits
GEOG 799 – Dissertation - 24 credits
Masters degree courses - 24 credits
Total - 72 credits

How to Apply
The deadline for applications is February 1, 2013 for Fall 2013 semester
Materials to be submitted to the Graduate School:
- Completed graduate admission application form (with fees) – this must be submitted electronically.
Apply Online - Official copy of GRE scores
- Official college transcripts (a Master's degree in Geography or a related discipline is required)
Materials to be submitted directly to Department Graduate Program Director:
- One to two page statement of purpose and goals
- Three sealed recommendation letters
