Formal Sorority Recruitment
Formal Recruitment is the Panhellenic community's annual process that allows prospective members to see what we are all about. Sorority recruitment is roughly a week-long period that is governed by the University of Nevada's Panhellenic Council. During this time you will attend a series of events where you will learn about each sorority and what they represent. They will educate you on their chapters philanthropic ideals, academic standards and sisterly bond. In this process you will be able to meet all of the participating Panhellenic chapters.

The PC meets on Monday 4:00 in the Joe Crowley Student Union throughout the year to discuss pertinent issues in the Panhellenic Community. Panhellenic's chief purpose is to coordinate the efforts of the individual sororities in matters of philanthropy, scholarship, recruitment, and University relations.
