2013 Relationship Agreement [pdf]
The Chapter President, Chapter Executive Officers, and the Chapter Advisor are responsible for reviewing the Relationship Statement no less than every calendar year. The signed Relationship Agreement Signature Document is due to the Greek Life Office at the end of the calendar year. -
