If you are enrolled in a degree-seeking program at the University of Nevada, Reno and plan to participate in the University Study Abroad Consortium (USAC) during the academic year, you may apply for financial aid and be considered for all aid programs except Work-Study.
If you are interested in Summer Financial Aid, you may submit a Summer Financial Aid Application. Applications will be accepted beginning April 2, 2012 and no later than June 4, 2012. You must register for summer classes first then submit the application in person to the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships for consideration.
Students eligible for Pack Advantage will receive gift aid that will cover tuition, fees and books up to $3000 per Fall and Spring semester for all four years as long as you maintain Pell eligibility and make satisfactory academic progress. The Pack Advantage is a combination of awards. Gift aid includes but is not limited to grants, scholarships and tuition/fee waivers.
The Northern Nevada American Indian Higher Education Collaborative has approved a needs-analysis form to be used to apply for tribal financial assistance. It is a common form that will be used by most of our Northern Nevada Tribes. Prior to submitting this form to our office, be sure that you have successfully submitted your FAFSA.
