Non-Resident Students
Special Note to Out-of-State Students
Our office encourages out-of-state students and families to consider a (Federal PLUS Loan) available to the parents of undergraduate students to help with the cost of non-resident tuition. There are also Private/Alternative Loan options that can be investigated. (Private Scholarship Search Services) may also be a helpful tool, along with checking into opportunities offered by local organizations that have scholarships for students attending college out of state. These sources of assistance, along with need-based aid that the University is able to offer by using the FAFSA information, may make the total cost more affordable.
