Monday, August 25
Cartin’ to Class:
9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Catch a free ride to class on one of the golf carts driving around campus. The ride will be very easy to spot because it will be decorated to go along with the theme of Welcome Week. Be sure to know all of your University of Nevada trivia so you can win great prizes from the one and only golf cart game show, Cash Cart.
Meet Your ASUN Officers BBQ:
11 a.m. – 1 p.m.,
The Quad
The barbecue is a kick off to Welcome Week 2008. Be sure to come out and enjoy free lunch while learning about the student government and getting the chance to meet representatives from ASUN.
Tuesday, August 26

Come out to enjoy a free lunch brought to you by Port of Subs. While you are there, don't forget to grab a snow cone, enter the hula hooping contest, and learn how to avoid gaining the dreaded Freshman 15.
Wolf It Down Pancake Breakfast:
12 a.m. – 2 a.m.,
The Quad
Yes. It's back. The late night pancake breakfast that everyone loves! Come out to enjoy pancakes, Wolfie and Alphie, music, and more!
Wednesday, August 27
Pack Pride Lunch:
11 a.m. – 1 p.m.,
Joe Crowley Student Union, JCSU Plaza
Come out to enjoy some fun in the sun and a lunch brought to you buy L & L Hawaiian BBQ. Don't forget to bring your old high school T-shirts and sweatshirts or T-shirts and sweatshirts from other universities to donate at the clothing drive. There will be great prizes for ridding your wardrobe of other schools and increasing Pack Pride on campus. Remember: Because this is a Pack Pride Lunch, you MUST be wearing Pack gear to get food!
Come Get Rec’d:
6 – 8 p.m.,
Lombardi Recreation Center
Come out to get a taste of what Lombardi Recreation Center is all about. Enjoy a free night of ice cream, dodgeball, a 3 on 3 basketball tournament, raffles, fitness class demonstrations and much, much more!
Thursday, August 28
Aloha Wolf Pack Breakfast:
9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.,
Joe Crowley Student Union, JCSU Plaza
Skip breakfast? No problem. Grab a bagel from The Bagle Stand and some juice or coffee on your way to class. Don't forget to grab a survival guide as you leave with great tips for you to survive the year at the University of Nevada.
Luau on the Lawn:
7 – 9 p.m., Knowledge Center Lawn
The luau will be a great social event to meet other students. There will be a DJ, an inflatable obstacle course, limbo, root beer pong, and much much more!
Friday, August 29
Pack Pride 101:
4 – 6 p.m.,
The Quad
Ever feel like that one person in the crowd that doesn't know what's going on at a game? Fix it. Come out to Pack Pride 101 to learn the fight song and other cheers, learn how to body paint for the game, learn about the pre-game activities that will be occurring this year, and most importantly learn who your football team and coaches are!
Crocs Next Step Campus Tour: Lawlor Events Center, 8:00 p.m., Doors open at 7:00 p.m.
