The Faculty Senate approved proposed changes to UNR's Bylaws at their March 26, 2009 and May 6, 2009 meetings. The proposed changes obtained a majority vote of eligible faculty in a vote completed May 24, 2009. The following bylaws were approved by President Glick 11-5-2009 and Chancellor Klaich 11-18-2009:
