  • Provide support services that are accurate, timely, cost effective, and sensitive to both the university and surrounding communities.

Services Available:
  • Emergency service may be requested by contacting the Facilities Operations office between normal office hours, Monday through Friday at 784-8020. After hours, call 784-8020 and follow the prompts to receive emergency service or call the University Police Department at 334-2121.
  • Non-Emergency Services such as maintenance and repair work may be requested by an Internal Purchase Order (IPO), memo, on-line work order form, or call the Facilities Operations office. Work beyond the scope of maintenance/repair work, but not exceeding a cost of $2,000.00, should be requested by an Internal Purchase Order ( IPO), sent to Facilities Services, mail stop 182. Minor work will be done on a fill-in basis or by outside contract within six weeks of price approvals. Departments will be back-charged for minor work that is not normal maintenance or emergency work.
  • Major work with a direct total cost exceeding $2,000.00 is classified as major work. This work should be requested by an Internal Purchase Order (IPO), Estimate Request Form, or memo to Facilities Services, mail stop 182. For more information, contact Facilities Services Department at 784-6514.
