This estimate is a preliminary estimate of probable project costs. It is being provided to assist the department in arranging project funding. It is not a guarantee of project costs, which could be more or less than this estimate. This estimate includes all design fees, construction materials, and labor for the entire project. If you would like to continue the estimate request process, fill out estimate request form below and Facilities Services Department will contact you regarding your estimate within 2 weeks of submittal of this request. Because of current work load and the number of requests we receive weekly, please allow 30 calendar days for estimate completion.
