Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Examination for ENGINEER INTERN Classification
UNR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
If you are currently a full-time UNR Engineering student and want to take the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering examination, you MUST have completed 90 credits, achieved Senior status, and be enrolled in mostly
400-level courses towards your Engineering degree.

Completed Applications are due to Sam in SEM 132 NO LATER THAN 4:30pm on the deadline day.
Your completed application must include all forms listed below!
INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
Does your application contain:
1. with a COLOR photo on the front page?
2. Page 3 and top of page 4 blank (if you are a current student)?
3. Page 4 notarized? (Sam can do this if you bring a valid DL or passport)
Approximately 2-3 weeks before the examination: You will receive an exam acknowledgment notice from NCEES with instructions to print your Exam Authorization form which you need to be admitted to the exam. It will include location, time, seat assignment, map, and parking information.
You may access and review the current FE Supplied Reference Manual, the same type you’ll be using during the examination, on the NCEES website: www.ncees.org under Study Material.
