Intake Process
Intake
An intake consisting of basic personal information and general reason for seeking help can be conducted over the phone or in person at the office during regular business hours. Following the completion of the intake, a counselor will contact you to schedule an appointment.
The Downing Counseling Clinic at the University of Nevada, Reno is located across from the Student Services Building on the third floor of the William J. Raggio Building (College of Education) in room 3007.
Parking permits for free parking are available from your counselor. Metered parking is available for $1.50 per hour at various locations on campus. Parking information.
