Do you want to be a Literacy or Math Tutor?
If you are a College of Education student at the University of Nevada, Reno and have completed, or are currently enrolled in EDS 405, or Math 181 or above, you are eligible to apply as a private tutor for the Center for Learning and Literacy’s Tutor Pool. Each week, the Center receives several calls from parents requesting the help of a private tutor in different subject areas. For a minimal fee, your name and number can be added to the tutor list and provided to parents who call us. We provide the training and there is ongoing support.
