2010 Spring Tutoring Registration

Please fill out the application below and submit $25.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your child's place. Total cost for the program is $250.00.

The spring program runs from February 2 - April 28. Children are tutored on either Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 - 5:15 p.m.

Contact our office if payments need to be arranged. Checks are made payable to the Board of Regents and sent to:
