2012 Spring Tutoring Registration

Please fill out the application below and submit $25.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your child's place. Total cost for the program is $225.00.

The fall program runs from February 8 - April 26. Children are tutored Monday through Thursday from 4:00 - 5:15 p.m.
