The new College of Education building is an 110,000 square-foot, four-story facility featuring 20 high-tech, electronic "smart" classrooms, a math and science center, a computer center, a regional conference center, and a learning and resource center. The new facility allows faculty the opportunity to create the very best environment for preparing top-notch teachers, counselors, and administrators, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to pass innovation on to their students and colleagues. The new building enables the college to be an even greater resource for the school districts and the community, enhancing its leadership role in the continuing reform of education in the state and across the nation.
