Biographical Information
Ph.D. from University of New Orleans
Dr. LeBeauf joined the Department of Counseling & Educational Psychology in the Spring of 2004. A New Orleans native, Dr. LeBeauf is nationally certified counselor and has presented both nationally and internationally, along with publishing book chapters and scholarly articles on a variety of subjects in counseling. Dr. LeBeauf’s current research interests include multiculturalism in counseling, forensic interviewing, and consultation.

Teaching / Interest
Dr. LeBeauf teaches courses in multiculturalism, practicum, sexual issues, and community counseling. Dr. LeBeauf is committed to excellence in the areas of diversity and cultural competency and helping future counselor educators continue in this vein. Dr. LeBeauf brings to her classes a unique teaching style and a developmental approach to assist students in their journey to providing culturally responsive services.
